What Causes Persistent Low Grade Fever?

I have had fever more than 3 months but it s not too hot it s medium.Fever generally doesn t occurred all the body but only arms, neck,and front head also when I sleep in the night midnight I feel no fever but when I weak up in the morning then immediately I feel starting fever.

I can understand your problem.
You have not mentioned your age and sex.
There are many reasons for low grade fever of long duration, like malignancy including blood cancers, hiv, tuberculosis, etc. Although they all will present with other associated symptoms like weight loss, loss of appetite, cough, enlarged lymph node, bleeding from natural orifices, etc.
You have mentioned only fever and no other symptoms, so chances are less of having some serious problem but I would advise you not to ignore this and consult your doctor & get evaluated.
