Hi,

Age and any history of missed period has not been mentioned. Pregnancy should be ruled out as a first step. Any history of hormonal pills or newer drug intake may cause these symptoms.

Dehydration and nutritional deficiency can also cause leg cramps. Kindly check your blood counts and serum electrolytes. Proton pump inhibitors can be taken half an hour before food in order to reduce the bloating symptoms.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
