Hello,
Since you are having a foul discharge with spotting it can be indicative of
bacterial vaginosis. Inflammation of the vagina is often caused by three types of infections, yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis and
trichomoniasis. Get clinically examined, if it is BV, you should take an oral course of
Metronidazole, (Flagyl) 500 mg pills twice a day for 7 days. Take care of your hygiene.
Since your cervix is irritated your treating doctor may recommend
pap smear, to stay on the safer side. Spotting may be a sign of STD, get STD tests done, if positive you will be treated with antibiotics and antivirals. Spotting may be a sign of
implantation bleeding, if you miss periods you should get pregnancy tests done. Take home made nutritious food rich in iron, calcium and protein. Avoid stressful life and take quality sleep. Avoid addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
