Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

One of the causes of epistaxis may be hypertension. I suggest you to consult your physician for review of drugs given for hypertension since blood pressure is still high.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
