What Causes Persistent Mild Fever Along With Body Aches?

i have typhoid last year and after treatment my vidal test negative.. from last six months i feel mild fever near 99 ,pain in body specially in bones.i am igG negative and igm positive now.. please suggust some medecine... is typhoid effects kidney because i have pain in this portion..

Thanks for posting on HCM
Typhoid may give you all the symptoms you describe and even more.Positive IgM suggest an active infection that will need treatment.I will suggest you see your Doctor for an antibiotic prescription.
-Typhoid is known to respond well to drugs like fluoroquinolones(eg ciprofloxacin), cephalosporins(eg fixime), amoxicillin-clavulanic acid...
-You may add an anti-pyretic like paracetamol to any of the above drugs.
If the symptoms are too severe and the antibody titre too high, you may be hospitalized and IV antibiotics administered.
