What Causes Persistent Mild Fever With Headaches When Suffering From TB?

hi
my dad is suffering from mild fever and severe headache from past one month .
after various tests n ct scans he was diagnosed with tuberculosis (non communicable)
he was given medication accordingly .after 15 days of med his headaches still persist n fever is a bit better.he takes 2 nimulids in 24 hrs to get relief from pain .
i m worried is the diagnosis right????my dad is 73 yrs old

Nothing to worry, as time will go and treatment continues, he will feel better.
As disease will improve, he will feel more comfortable and better.
Give him nourishing diet with multivitamin supplement.
