What Causes Persistent Mild Pain In Ears And Tooth Inspite Of Taking Claritin?

Have a nagging earache and teeth on same side have dull ache. Had terrible sinus issues all of June and July. Doctor said there was no infection and to take Claritin D. Sinus pressure and nasal drip gone but cannot get rid of these last issues. Have taken Claritin D 12-hour since 7-1-15. What next? Should I go to the walk-in?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms if there is pain in ear then there is a possibility that you have an ear infection while dull ache in teeth is due to Sinusitis only..
If you are not relieved by taking Claritin which is an anti allergic medication then there is probably infection in sinus..

Nothing to worry, consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and antibiotics are required to relieve infection.
For pain you can take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
