General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the possible issue can be with gravels or calculus in the urinary system or else.

Primary relief with plenty of liquids, analgesic as diclofenac or dicyclomine to be consumed after meals.

It is the ultrasound examination of the abdomen and pelvis which will reveal the structural details and any underlying pathology responsible for the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
