General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to unopposed production of prolactin by the body. It is kind of hormonal imbalance and detailed evaluation is required.
Consult an endocrinologist and get evaluated.
An MRI brain is also required to rule out conditions affecting your pituitary gland also.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
