General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Persistent nasal discharge can be due to allergy or sinusitis which can be detected by a blood test for allergies and x-ray PNS view for sinusitis.

In my opinion, you should consult an ENT specialist, who can examine your nose, write you down the diagnostic test required to find the root cause of a problem and initiate necessary treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
