What Causes Persistent Nausea And Discomfort In The Right-sided Upper Stomach?

I have been having constant nausea for quite some time. Drink ginger ale to help. this does do it anymore. Some discomfort in right upper stomach . does not matte if I eat or donts. It is constant all day long. Sometimes its gets worst then settles down.
