Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Thank you for your time. First some background: My mother is 84 and has had two lacuna strokes on the right side of her brain. She has resulting weakness on her left side, compounded by polyneuropathy (undetermined cause). This combination leave her inactive and confined to a wheelchair. My question concerns the persistent nausea she experiences daily. It happens upon the slightest exertion (transferring from wheelchair to toilet, getting out of bed in the morning). She is also very easily fatigued. She s had a lot of blood tests and an endoscopy, all came back normal. What else should we be looking into? Perhaps her heart? Are her symptoms consistent with angina? Thank you again.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of persistent nausea and fatigue. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query anxiety disorder , panic attack , peptic ulcer , heart rhythm disorder , drug overdose , allergic reaction or anemia.
