dear friend
as far as my medical education and experience goes. I have not come across a term golden diabetic till now
type i or juvenile
type ii or maturity onset
gestational that is during pregnency
and pre diabetic that is blood sugar high but not high enough to be termed as diabetic is the type and classification

your BSL is no where near any of the diabetic criteria either you have not been able to correctly explained your symptoms or you have been not informed the issue in detail

low blood sugar levels can cause a queezi feeling in stomach which can feel like nausea try taking sugars and raising your blood sugar levels and see if the feeling goes
I find this answer helpful
