General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Endometriosis could contribute to the pain that you are having, as it is one of the common causes for pelvic pain.
Other causes of pelvic pain include infection of genital tract or urinary tract infection, fibroids, ovarian cysts

Severe pain can cause dizziness in some persons.

If you are having urinary symptoms then the pain and dizziness may be due to this, a urine test can determine this.

Physical examination of the abdomen and pelvis may be needed. An ultrasound may be suggested.

I hope this helps
