What Causes Persistent Nausea With Headache And Dizziness?

I have been very nausea with headache and dizzy spells for over a wk now. I have no fever and I m fine when lying down but when I get up I feel lke I could faint and have to sit down quickly. I hit my head a wk ago on corner of table and also I had a stroke in May of this yr. could they be realated after all this time.?I

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if it is the history of head injury and no CT head was done at that time then it is advisable to get this done just to rule out the possible reason of edema or any other changes, else it could be due to some dyspepsia and it can be treated with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day, try to stay away from anxiety and depression, hope this information helps.
