What Causes Persistent Nausea?

Hi, I m on psych tropic medicine and happened to drink some alcohol back in may and I really don t ever drink. I woke up the next morning with nausea and had history of h pylori stomach infection. About a month and a half ago I came down with cold and nausea came back and it has not gone away. I m on a nausea reliever and went to the doctor and they found some bacteria in urine and thought it was a urinary tract infection. Then when nausea didn t go away the doctor thought kidney infection. My body was reacting to macrobids it didn t work for me and I had rib pain from it. She then put me on cipro and nausea is still there and its intensifying. They did blood test for h pylori and it was negative. I m really scared and got an appointment with GI doctor and urologist. I don t know what is causing it
