What Causes Persistent Nausea?

Hello, yesterday I went to the hospital because I was taking a long time recovering from a hangover Thursday vomiting for about 24 hrs. They gave me fluids ,took my blood and had a urinalysis. Said they couldn t find anything other than I was seriously dehydrated. I came home and have been drinking fluids and eating a little bland food but still feel exactly the same, but now I ve been getting nauseaus again. I want to kick this without having to go back to the doctor since I don t have insurance.
