What Causes Persistent Nausea?

I have nausea most of the time whenever or whatever I eat. I feel like I would like to throw up but don’t. If I lay down or go to bed I get this acid back up in my mouth. I belch continually if I am where I can properly. I feel like things don’t digest. I am about 5 ft 5 in tall and 130 pounds. I am on Xarelto, Propranolol, and Atorvastatin. I really don’t care if I eat and this has gone on for years but seems more non stop the last month. I do not take anything for this problem.

Reduce weight if you are obese.
