Persistent nose bleeds and headaches and other symptoms that you have mentioned are classicly due to absent or decreased clotting factors. Second reason is due to thinning of blood such as the use of anti coagulants. So first of all you should scan your blood for bleeding disorders. For that purpose you are required to do your bleeding time prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time. It will give us an idea of which factors are absent and hence treatment can be started. Other factors include abnormal antomy of facial bones.but that is pretty rare.
