Hello
Welcome to health care magic.
If this is the first time you are facing all these symptoms,it can be due to impacted faeces getting more harder as time passes.
If you have been repeatedly facing such symptoms,it may be because of irritable bowel syndrome/inflammatory bowel disease/
hypothyroidism.
You need to undergo investigations like colonoscopy,USG abdo and thyroid tests and take consultation from gastroenterologist.
Further management depends upon the cause.
What you can do is,
-Take 2 tablets of dulcolax before sleeping at night which is a laxative. Can use
stool softener like
liquid paraffin 2 tsps per night for 3 nights till you get used to
regular bowel movements.Void your bowels regularly at same time.
-Prevent
constipation by taking high fibre diet everyday,Include fruits, vegetables, green leafy vegetables, bran like oats, raisins.
drink minimum 8-10 glasses of water per day.drink a glass of warm water every morning on waking up.
-Keep body weight within control by regular exercising.
Hope this information helps.
Thanks
