I went through your details. Please do not assume health problems or try to treat yourself. Persistent chest pain, discomfort and pain around upper stomach, ribs & travelling up chest & throat, feeling lethargic, trouble eating etc could also happen due to acidity and psychological reasons. As the symptoms are persistent, there may not be any other reasons. Still, to be sure, you should consult a physician.
