What Causes Persistent Pain And Swelling In The Leg Despite Taking Medication?

hi i have been at the hospital for my left leg inner thigh swollen and pain i had my surgery and i am at home still taking my pain killer and antibiotic but i still have pain and my leg seem more swollen, do you think this swollen should gone after drainage or getting worse?

I really appreciate your concern, here infection need to be ruled out although no more detail information you gave here, what kind of surgery it was ? is it post surgical phase ? what is your age and gender ? in absence of these information it become too difficult to advise anything, if this is the formation of abscess then draining is must, hope this information helps.
