What Causes Persistent Pain And Tenderness In Breast?
Hi doctor,Iam having tenderness in my breast again and again even after period is over . I have undergone medicinal checkup twice year a ago even got ultra sound done but still it persist . Now I am taking vitamin e tablet which once my doc adviced after taking it temporary reliefs but after stopping medication. It again start paining even feel very uneasy during sleep & touching my breast. Please advise me what is solution for same . I have got all blood test done even but it is OK .
first let me assure that breast pain is a very rare feature of anything serious.
is your pain cyclical in the past 2 months?
if yes, then such cyclical pain is fairly common and harmless is there any discharge from nipples? in any case, I would suggest you the following things
wear Loose comfortable bras avoid OCPs (contraceptive pills) take over the counter analgesics (tab ibuprofen bd) reduce fat consumption and caffeine
