What Causes Persistent Pain Below The Navel?

hello - I just started having pain below my belly button. I noticed if i sit up or walk up and down the stairs I feel a bit of discomfort below my belly button. What could be the cause? Also I have checked for a knot below my belly button and nothing is present.

HI

You still could have a small umbical hernia that can't be felt so you should ask your doctor for an exam and a ct scan of the abdominal wall
