What Causes Persistent Pain Between Shoulder Blades And Tightness In Chest?

Have dull persistent pain between shoulder blades sore and stiff neck muscles pain radiates into left shoulder tightness in chest, I have had CT, Stress test, heart has been ruled out. Had nausea perviously, but has passed and none for a day and half.

Hello,

It may be due to several causes.

Still for further assessment you may require electrocardiogram, 2 D echo and chest x ray after physician consultation.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

You may require detailed evaluation to rule out any cardiac pathology.

Till then for pain you can take tablet acetaminophen.

Continue physical therapy.
