As per your history is concerned do an ultrasound now to check the status of baby and status of placenta it is a clinical sign of labor and if possible take admission into your nearest hospital. secondly i want to clarify few things about premature labor ,it has many pathological causes like- a) Intra-amniotic Infection b)hormonal imbalance like hypo or hyper thyroidism c) Cushing s Syndrome d)Pre-eclampsia-Check blood pressure and urine for albumin e)Hyperemesis Gravidarum-main symptom is vomiting f)Trichomoniasis-main symptom is vaginal discharge g) Premature Rupture of Membranes-clear liquid comes from vagina h)Delivery Presentation Complications-abnormal baby presentations i)Multiple Gestation-Ultrasound examination is required to confirm it j)Prolapse of the Umbilical Cord- k)Vitamin B12 Deficiency These are the main causes we found during day to day practice.
