As the ultrasound and colonoscopy are normal, so just relaxed. You do not need to much worry. This stomach pain may be due to gastritis or so called stomach infection. You should start the regular course of antacids like proton pump inhibitors (omeprazole or rabeprazole) before half hour of taking your meal. You can discontinue this medicines after your GI tract trouble subsides.
