What Causes Persistent Pain In Chest Along With Back Ache?

Hi, I have been having chest pains on my left side In October. At first it was pneumonia and then after I took the medication for it, it went away. No pains or anything after that in April it started getting humid I did chest x rays and a ct scan because I still have been since that month (April) it s like crackling, back pain, top chest pain and by the heart. I did blood tests in February and everything was perfect. And my doctor said its not the heart so the Ct scan and X-ray didn t show anything? Idk what it could be please help.

I really appreciate your concern, if all the test are unremarkable then it could be due to hyperacidity and some time this may be associated with emotional stress such condition can be managed with 'Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day and no need to worry about this, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
