What Causes Persistent Pain In Joints And Ribs Along With Heart Palpitations?

all of my symptoms have started this past two to three years, joint pain, heart palpitations very severe pain this past year in my ribs and lungs, circle rash on my trunk, hands and back of legs, my hair is thinning out, jelly of my eye is starting to tear away and I am seeing black spots, what is wrong with me

First of all you need to get your ECG done. Then a series of tests will be run on you to find the exact cause. To me it looks like thyroid problem. So consult your GP.
