What Causes Persistent Pain In Leg And Lower Back Despite Taking Medications?

I have been diagnosed with herniated discs, annual tear L4/L5 S1, Sciatica. I have had epidural steroid shots, have had a nerve blocker, lacrosiliac joint procedure. Nothing has seemed to help me reduce my pain in my leg or lower back for very long or very much. My quality of life is slipping although I am still functional. Any further suggestions

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, in such disk degenerative disease surgery would be the best option if other fails and clinical condition is not good, (Surgery can only be tried if and only if other all the option fails ) hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
