What Causes Persistent Pain In Legs Despite Having Normal X-ray?

Hai. I 30years old 6 month before starting my nee pain both legs . I checked first tim e they said do pisiyotheropy .but still pain slowly increase also back pain coming. I am a machnical technician.ex ray says born is good .now wat I want to do . what will happen after few years to me

I really appreciate your concern, very important thing is do not bend the knee joint beyond 90 degree, and this is very important one, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
