General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Lab diagnosis is required ESR, ANA, RF uric acid level, ASO titre, TSH and free thyroxine, calcium and PTH, CBC. These can help in making exact diagnosis. Therapy which is common to all is dietary changes.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
