What Causes Persistent Pain In Legs?

hello, I have had back trouble in the past. and im not sure if these pains in my legs are through my back or not. I haven t got much pain in my back, but have had painful legs for nearly 3 weeks, and my right leg has hardly any strength in it . the pain is constant and at nite I can not relieve it in any way. I have never experienced any thing like it. please help.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have persistent pain in legs. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like achilles tendinitis , deep vein thrombosis , fibromyalgia , herniated disk , osteoarthritis , peripheral neuropathy or rheumatoid arthritis. I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order nerve conduction test blood test along with CT scan and MRI to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe methotrexate , allopurinol , muscle relaxant along with physical therapy and stretching exercises .
