What Causes Persistent Pain In Right Side Of Back?

The right side of my back frequently aches when I am in an uncomfortable position. When I am moving my right shoulder on a circular way, there something clicks on that part. Do I have an injury on my back? Is that a serious problem? What should I do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
You probably do not have an injury currently, but setting in uncomfortable position, setting for long in general, sedentary life style and not walking or doing exercise might lead to lower back problems. So far it’s not a serious problem. You need to make sure you set properly, no crunching over the desk for example shoulders in the correct position, screen not below or over view line. If you set for long try to move every 30 minutes for 5 minutes stand up and stretch for example. If pain becomes stronger or you start have pain that shoots down your leg for example please refer to a neurologist to do physical examination and prescribe medications.
