Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have persistent pain in testicle radiating towards epididymis. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like UTI , kidney stone or infection , injury to testis or muscle spasm . I would suggest you to consult urologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ultrasound along with urine test m kidney function test and physical examination . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory . Doctor may also recommend surgery in case of large stone or refer you to orthopedic surgeon for muscle or nerve compression problem . Foctor now apply warm compresses , take proper rest and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
