General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

your symptoms are suggestive of plantar fasciitis. Because in plantar fasciitis, patients would have pain in the soles, associated with aggravating pain when getting out of bed in the morning.

I would suggest you follow these instructions for pain relief:

Avoid improper foot wear.
Use proper foot wear for your feet, with soft base for soles.
Relax your foot often, do streching exercises.
Take analgesic drugs, for pain relief - Tab. Ibuprofen 200mg three times a day orally
I find this answer helpful
