What Causes Persistent Pain In The Head, Neck And Upper Back?

Hi Doc, Had a motor vehicle accident 1 year and seven months ago... Been suffering with what my Doctor says is back spasms ( placed me on Magnesium tablets, fish oil, amitriptyline and norgesic... only Nitroglycerine under my tongue helped... Had deep pain regularly in my head, neck, upper back and cramp in my right arm with tingling in my fingers. A Neurologist did a Nerve Conduction Study and said I was suffering from Brachial Plexus Neuropathy and Cervical Radiculopathy.... Started taking Nervijen P a little over a week and its the best Ive ever felt... little or no pain... Have pain if I carry my handbag on my shoulder... that s it... Just wondering how long will I have to take Nervijen P for... I have a 3 month repeat prescription.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
you have to continue your prescribed drugs as it is the only conservative management left as choice for you if you have no result with this medication after 3 months then you should think about alternate medication
