What Causes Persistent Pain In The Lower Back On The Right Side?
hello, while at work today, I started to experience a really serious pain in the lower right hand part of my back, I had to keep bent over to keep the pressure off, and when I stand up to walk its a sharp pain feeling I get, or even if I move in my chair, Its grown some concern, And i m still feeling it right now as I message you, can you please get back to me; with some feedback
Hi, Thanks for writing your query. After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms can be due to muscle spasm. I would advise that you should take rest and avoid heavy weight lifting and bending. You can take a pain killer like Diclofenac along with a muscle relaxant like Thiocolchicoside for relief from your symptoms. Hot fomentation and local application of pain relieving gel along with physiotherapy will be helpful.
