What Causes Persistent Pain In The Lower Right Leg?

I deveoped pain in my right lower leg. I wore different shoes to church and felt like I had a cramp. But the pain has persisted with any weight bearing, esp wright bearing on the front of my foot. Pain is less weight weight on my heel. I have no swelling or redness.

• Rest your leg as much as possible.
