What Causes Persistent Pain In The Navel Region?

My 30 year old daughter was complaining of abdominal pains last week advised by her doctor to go to casualty which she did sent 3 day in casualty they did two scans was given antibiotics on doctor said it might be a rumbling appendix another said it was a burst sist she was discharged and put on more antibiotics for 3 more days the pain is now in her belly button area what do you think is the problem might be now
