What Causes Persistent Pain In The Testicle During Ejaculation?
I have testicle pain and I ejaculate about twice a week but Ive gone like 3+ days and it still hurts. I got a testicle removed a year ago and it was fine until I started ejaculating. I am active and I just want to be pain free.Ive iced taken pain meds, rested.

You should have an ultrasound and urinalysis to check for infection and torsion. Unfortunately, persistent pain following orchiectomy is not uncommon, but this should be treated by a urologist.
