What Causes Persistent Pain In The Testicle?

My husband is having pain in one of his testicles. Already saw Dr 2 times. First said use steroids for a week. Then we went back and the dr gave him a non- steroida. Testicle arum doesn t feel right.he says kind of feels like wearing tight underwater. Hope someone has a clue!?!

This is probably epididymitis--an infection behind the testicle.
He needs a scrotal ultrasound, urinalysis, and a course of antibiotics to take care of this
