Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain in case if you have pain after compressing the infected molar that is filled even after 2 days seems to be due to infection reaching below the root tips of the tooth and when pressure is applied over the tooth there is pain..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

In case if infection is found below the root tips of the filled tooth, in that case the filling has to be removed and the tooth has to be treated with root canal treatment followed by antibiotics and painkillers and the permanent filling will be done once the infection is completely subsided..

As of now you can continue taking antibiotics and painkillers and also take a soft diet..
Avoid chewing the painful side..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
