What Causes Persistent Pain In Upper Right Foot?

I am having pain on the upperside of my right foot for quite a few days. It is just the upper portion of my middle and next to the same finger, but i think i didn t got hurt in my senses, may be while sleeping it may struck in the side of my bed. Please suggest

There is not much to worry for this problem. It may have got stretched if there is no visible wound. Just relax and immobilize the foot for some time by wrapping with a bandage for a day or so . If it doesn't get resolved then go to take an x Ray of foot. And visit orthopedic surgeon. But if pain is mild in nature then only bandage will suffice. Also use some anti inflammatory drugs if pain persists. Hope that answer the question. Thanks
