General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The constant body pain indicates musculo-skeletal weakness due to calcium, vitamin D deficiency or low hormones of parathyroid gland. But as you refer to thoracic and lumber problems, it can be mitogenic in natire. MRI, serrum calcium, vitamin D or B12 deficiency needs to be checked. Please consult a orthopedic surgeon.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
