General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to lumbalgia.

It can be caused by various reasons such as muscular or skeletal causes.

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain.

Moving is also important, I do not recommend to stay in bed.

Gentle stretching exercises can also help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
