You are suffering from persistent pain on the inner side of the knee. You have
arthritis. You have taken
cortisone injections and still you are hurting. Other medical conditions that can cause pain on the inner side of the knee are OA, gout, bursitis,
medial meniscus injury, knee
contusion, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an Orthopedics. Get blood works done to detect OA, RA, gout, etc.
Get X-ray and MRI / GOUT done. You will be accordingly treated. Get
urinalysis (R/E and C/S). You should include anti inflammatory food in your regular diet. You can take
Combiflam, one SOS when needed to get relieve from pain and discomfort. Take low purine diet, avoid alcohol, smoking or addictions of any. Take 1-2 liters of water and fluid daily.
You are suggested to take Combiflam or Naproxen, one SOS when needed to get relief from pain. You can also apply pain relieving ointment or sprays on the area affected. You are suggested to get connected to a physical therapist. Do regular exercises and walking. Doing exercises and walking will help to keep your joints lubricated and reduce pain. You can take
vitamin E rich food or vitamin E supplements (Evion -400), once daily for 10 days.
