What Causes Persistent Pain, Twitching And Burning Sensation In Stomach And Vomiting?

I have had stomach pain for 4 days just under sternum. It is gnawing, twisting, burning. I have no appetite.I have vomited twice. No blood. I visited the doctor today and she prescribed omeprazole, Bentyl and zofran. She ran some blood tests. I forgot to tell her that I consumed rare yellowfin tuna that I cooked at home on Saturday, about 2 days prior to pain. Is this significant?
