Pain in right side of abdomen, besides PID there are other causes your doctor must have considered. Appendicitis, colitis may be.If it is infection and if i have to treat such a patient abnormal dicharge should be exami ned, ESR, Tlc , Dlc, c reactive protien! Laboratory documentation of cervical infection with Ngonorrhea or C Trachomatis and endocervical culture should be performed routinely urine routine and culture should be done. If it is diagnsed as pelvic infection and i have to treat i will advice cap doxycycline 100mg twice a day, tab metronidazole 400 twice a day for 14 days, tab azithromycin 2gm stat, tab fluconazole 150 stat, tab bruffen with peracetamol three times a day and tab vaginal ,containing clindamycin, metronidazole and miconazole to be insertef in vagina before going to bed
