Hi,

Acne Vulgaris is a common complaint among all & its after effects like inflammation, Pigmentation, pores are reported often. It might be mainly due to hormonal imbalances. I would advise you to:
1. Take Tab. Isotretinoin at night for three months
2. Apply Clindamycin skin cream or Benzac AC gel 2.5% or 5%, at night for 2 to 3 months
3. Avoid excessive exposure to sun & advisable to use sun screen lotion containing zinc oxide
4. Glycolic acid 10% chemical peel &tab. Vitamin C, vitamin E at bed times

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
